We all work incredibly hard and what would be the point of that if we couldn’t enjoy life and the fruits of our labour? Our homes, our holidays, our down-time and our self-care, these are all so important and treating ourselves is what enriches our lives. Let’s introduce you to the people who have what you need in order to make life that bit sweeter…
AMY NEWTON, AMY NEWTON INTERIORS
Amy helps homeowners to elevate their homes, collaborating with them to create spaces which meet their needs, lifestyle and with a sprinkle of wow factor thrown in. Her clients often have some vision of how they would like their home to look and vision, but lack the skills and time to pull it all together. Amy takes away the stress by working with them to consult, create and install beautiful designs with an eye for detail.
Andrea helps those those looking for healthy, organic veg and fruit, and those investing in supporting local farmers.
CAROLINE EMERSON-BAILEY, EMERSON BAILEY INTERIORS
Caroline helps families with children, who are extending or renovating their home, or a part of their home.
CATERINA AVANZI, CATERINA AVANZI PERSONAL STYLIST
Caterina helps women who are stuck in a style rut and are ready to make the change. Women who feel they deserve to feel happy in their skin again and want to impersonate who they are through their clothes.
CATH WILDE, WILDE HARMONY HOLISTICS
Cath helps to take the stress, strain and tension out of the body and mind in just one session.
CATHERINE MACKEY, TRAVEL COUNSELLOR
Catherine offers a highly personal service, using her experience, expertise and passion for travel and adventure to find the perfect holiday for her clients, matching their personal requirements and budget with a travel experience that they will remember forever. She specialises in designing bespoke itineraries packed with amazing experiences across all corners of our beautiful planet.
ELLA FLETCHER, ELLA FLETCHER DESIGNS
Ella helps people who want a little colour in their lives!
Kay offers comfort to grieving families, by transforming their loved ones precious clothing into memory keepsake bears and cushions, that they can hold, or have on display. She also uses other types of sentimental clothing such as school uniforms, baby clothes and wedding dresses, to commemorate a special occasion or milestone. They also make unique bespoke gifts for a special friend or family member.
KIRSTY HAMILTON, KIRSTY HAMILTON PHOTOGRAPHY
Kirsty helps families and couples who want beautiful, natural and above all joyful photographs that celebrate WHO they are, and where they are, right in this moment.
NICOLA PHILLIPS, NJ LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Nicola helps developers and other consultants to maximise the value in their landscape design. She also helps domestic clients to create their unique private space.
Sara helps busy, overwhelmed women, who struggle with negativity, feel low, need some happiness to start their day, or de-stress their day.
Suzie helps anyone who wants to get out wild swimming. From complete beginners who’ve heard about wild swimming but have no idea where to start right through to existing outdoor swimmers who want to explore beyond their usual swim spots. Suzie holds people’s hands metaphorically and sometimes physically to give them a carefree time out in nature. Anyone who needs a break from the everyday stresses of modern life would benefit from a session out in nature with Suzie. It’s a complete sense of freedom and escape.
You can click on their names above to find out more about these fabulous women. What else would they like you to know about working with them? Caterina reassures you that “I welcome anyone who’s ready to make the change, I don’t impose my style, I listen and make sure that the person working with me feels in a safe space.” Kirsty wants you to know that “I’m all about taking photos that OOOOOZE personality, joy and love. No boring portraits in front of my camera!”
One of our two interior designers, Caroline, says “I’m a qualified designer, with an interior design degree, and twelve years industry experience but the real reason families love working with me is because I’m relatable. I have my own busy and sometimes chaotic family life with kids or my own and the juggle is real! So I have first hand experience in how hard our homes need to work for us, and what improvements actually work. I’m a practical designer as well as aesthetic, so my clients can trust that I’m giving them a design that not only gives them the look they want but that actually works for them in the reality of day to day family life.”
Speaking of trust, Catherine wants you to know that “the feedback I get is that I am friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly love my job, which I do!” whilst Nicola says “I love being in nature. I’m honest, and trustworthy.”
Ella “loves commissions – be it a wedding present or a dinner set. My favourite thing is to make something special and individual that will be used for years.”
Kay wants you to know that “Lily’s Love is a family business, and myself and my sister have made thousands of bears over the past ten years. We feel honoured to be trusted with your loved ones clothing, and receive such lovely messages from customers weekly, they obviously mean the world to them. It is so rewarding to offer a little bit of comfort to families during their grief journey.”
Focusing on your well-being, Cath says “whether it is Massage, Beauty, Acupuncture, Cupping or fitness you come to us for, we want to know more about how we can help you be pain and stress free.” Sara explains “All you need is willingness to work with me. There’s no requirement to be happy to laugh!” Still on the theme of well-being, Suzie wants you to know “I’m fun, down to earth and full of common sense. I encourage adults to allow themselves to be children again by playing in water. Play as an adult is hugely underrated. I love being out in the hills but I’m no super fit mountain goat, we go at a gentle pace because that’s my pace too. I make great cake!”
Our second interior designer, Amy, concludes “my focus is on transforming homes through collaborative design and so my clients are at the heart of my work. I love what I do and I will never tire of seeing the impact of my designs. I’m always happy to chat to prospective clients to see if we are the right fit for one another.”

The Organised Entrepreneurs Club has been set up by Caroline Boardman and Helen Calvert to bring together our business networks. Everyone in our Facebook group is connected to one or both of our businesses, as we wanted to bring them all together in one place where we could network and share advice.
